Initial Evaluation Consultation
Initial evaluation consultation sessions are comprehensive 60-minute sessions completed by our professional mental health clinicians. These sessions are focused on our clinicians obtaining client background information, formally assessing levels of client distress, and making relevant treatment recommendations to clients based on all of the information gathered in the initial session.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Preparation & Harm Reduction Sessions
KAP Preparation sessions are 60-minute sessions focused on comprehensive preparation for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Psychedelic harm reduction sessions are 60-minute sessions designed to support and promote positive and beneficial psychedelic experiences for clients, according to current professional guidelines.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Sessions
KAP sessions are 120-minute sessions focused on the facilitation of a KAP therapy session by our professional mental health clinicians. Ketamine is evaluated and prescribed to clients by an outside, approved medical provider. Referral information for medical providers is given at the end of the initial evaluation consultation, if recommended for treatment.
Psychedelic Integration Sessions (Individual & Nature-Based Groups)
Individual KAP integration sessions and other psychedelic integration sessions are 60-minute sessions focused on the integration of psychedelic experiences. Group integration sessions are voluntary, 90-minute sessions and take place outside on several acres of land for greater connection and exploration, not only with nature but with fellow KAP therapy clients. Empirically based treatment approaches are incorporated into these sessions, as appropriate, by our professional mental health clinicians to support lifestyle changes.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Group Program
The KAP group program consists of individual and group sessions over the course of five weeks with two mental health clinicians. Two KAP sessions are experienced in a group setting. An outside approved medical provider conducts medical screenings and facilitates the prescription process. Group activities include group preparation, individual intention-setting, mindfulness, meditation, Reiki, and individual and nature-based group integration.
